Day One: what to expect
Day one kicks off with a schedule of some of the most iconic brands in Nordic fashion which, according to many magazines in the world such as Vogue Germany, made this event the coolest in this sector.
Following the L’Oréal x Vogue Scandinavia x CPHFW pre-opening dinner last night, the Copenhagen Fashion Week AW25 begins with Fashion Pathways: Exploring Creative Careers, a thought-provoking talk at the Polestar Space. Shortly after, the Opening Reception at Thorvaldsens Museum will officially inaugurate the AW25 edition, setting the tone for the week ahead.
OpéraSport will open today’s showcase schedule, followed by an array of emerging and established voices. Stel will close the day with its much-anticipated presentation.

Opening reception at Thorvaldsens Museum
The Opening Reception will bring together leading figures from the Nordic and international fashion industries.
Cecilie Thorsmark, CEO of Copenhagen Fashion Week, will deliver a welcoming speech, followed by a keynote address by Anne Pascual of Zalando, the main sponsor of this event.
Small Talks, Big Conversations
The Fashion Pathways talk, moderated by Olya Kuryshchuk, will delve into unconventional career paths within the fashion industry. Panelists from brands like Samsøe Samsøe and unspun will share their insights, showcasing how creativity and innovation can redefine professional journeys. The event is free and open to the public at the Polestar Hub.

As usual, the CPHFW NEWTALENT program continues to shine a light on promising designers, with Bonnetje and Alectra Rothschild / Masculina presenting their collections today.
